PPCR does all aspects of residential and commercial construction, from site excavation and demolition to turn-key. We are licensed ( #952820) , bonded, and insured.

PPCR was founded in 1998, by Rick Gudgel. Rick is originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho. He made his way out to California in 2001, to work with Harry Price at the Napa River Inn. He remodeled and restored the hotel while maintaining it's historic preservation. Rick fell in love with California where he made Napa Valley his home and continued his passion and talent for construction. He has over 35 years of experience in the industry and has put together an excellent team.

Andrew Hanson is PPCR's Foreman. He is a Napa native that served in the United States Army. He has been working in construction for 15 years, oversees the day-to-day operations of a worksite, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Andrew supervises our crews, maintains a safe work environment, and performs onsite inspections to evaluate the quality of construction. He is a valued team member of PPCR.
